SAVE MAIL-IN VOTING

Vote NO on Prop 144.

Prop 144 is a Trojan Horse packaged as "election integrity," but it would eliminate mail-in voting for the 85% of Arizonans who rely on it.

Unrelated provisions bundled into a single up-or-down vote — purposely packaged to fool you into voting your rights away.

80–85%

Share of Arizona voters who cast ballots by mail. Prop 144 would make that all but impossible.

2026

The last year you will be able to vote by mail if Prop 144 passes.

What Prop 144 would actually do

MAGA radicals are trying to sneak a Trojan Horse through Arizona's gates. Election deniers wrapped Prop. 144 in a shiny box labeled "election security," but inside is a direct attack on the way 85% of us cast our ballots: vote-by-mail.

Prop. 144 rewrites the Arizona Constitution to align with Donald Trump's bizarre call to end vote-by-mail. It enshrines confusing ID requirements, meaning the courts and politicians would ultimately decide which citizens votes count.

To trick you into voting for it, they padded the bill with campaign and citizenship laws that are already on the books. It's bait.

History warns us what happens when the Trojan Horse is let inside.

01

Six issues, one vote

Bundles POPULAR EXISTING LAW around voter eligibility, campaign finance, and voter ID into a single measure as bait to fool voters into restricting their rights.

02

The sponsor's own words

Rep. Alexander Kolodin, the measure's author, openly admitted the confusing proposition design is meant to curb mail-in voting.

03

Creates an impossible restriction on mail-in ballots

Requires ID for every ballot at the time it's cast, including mail ballots, but specifies no mechanism for how mail voters could possibly comply — leaving the details to future partisan legislatures.

04

A lower bar for restricting voting rights

Sets a "rationally connected to a legitimate state interest" standard for election laws, which makes it far easier to enact future voting restrictions.

"Voters will see through this disingenuous and cynical attempt to trick Arizonans into surrendering their rights."
